Con respecto a las condiciones de trabajo se analizan los datos referidos a la organización del emprendimiento, horas trabajadas, división de trabajo, distribución de las ganancias, ambiente físico de trabajo y en cuanto a los datos de los miembros que integran el emprendimiento, edad, sexo, nivel educativo, trayectorias laborales, roles, ingresos monetarios y no monetarios, el uso del tiempo de la mujer. Con respecto a las percepciones de las mujeres, se indaga sobre la visión que ellas tienen sobre su participación en el emprendimiento, sobre las condiciones de trabajo diferenciales entre hombres y mujeres en el EAM, sobre la existencia de discriminación de género, y acerca de si el trabajo en el EAM implica oportunidad o subordinación.
