De ese universo de actores intervinientes, se buscó reconstruir su entramado de intereses y su bagaje de acciones, con el fin de comprender cómo esas prácticas propias de los sistemas económicos formales y sustantivos , generaron tensiones y contradicciones en torno a la construcción de las viviendas sociales.El estudio se abordó desde la perspectiva ética de la reproducción de la vida (Dussel, 2015Hinkelammert y Mora Jiménez, 2009), y entendiendo a la vivienda social como bien de uso y productora de trabajo autogestivo (Polanyi, 1975Singer, 2007). Desde el punto de vista metodológico, se adoptó una estrategia cualitativa, triangulando datos provenientes de diversas fuentes de información, para así lograr un conocimiento en profundidad del objeto de estudio.
