Nuestra hipótesis investiga si el consumo solidario concurre para que los individuos valoricen otras dimensiones del que hacer económico y se presenta como alternativa de valor para la sociedad contemporánea que vive en un escenario de desencuentros y de insensibilización. Para dar cuenta de este desafío usamos la metodología cualitativa a partir de la análisis de los discursos. El análisis fue realizada en dos niveles: micro-social y macro-social. El primero, una cooperativa de producción y consumo solidario - Cooper Ecosol, localizada en Passo Fundo provincia de Rio Grande do Sul - Brasil, para analizar los procesos de formación y capacitación para el consumo solidario. El segundo, la Junta Municipal de Passo Fundo, para verificar lo que el poder legislativo ha hecho en la municipalidad con respecto al consumo y consumo solidario, considerando que son ellos los que definen los principales rumbos sociales, económicos, políticos y ambientales. Después de dos años de investigación llegamos a la conclusión que en los últimos años aumentaron los proyectos de ley vinculados al consumo solidario, pero aún son insuficientes ante la realidad puesta. Por eso, los emprendimientos de producción y consumo solidario viven en situaciones precarias de desarrollo, pues no poseen apoyo político necesario en su actuación. Así, la Cooper Ecosol, para sobrevivir formalmente, se instaló en el mercado tradicional y está con dificultades de viabilidad y desarrollo para cumplir con sus principios e ideales. Se pretende, contribuir al diseño, implementación y gestión de programas de apoyo a emprendimientos de la economía social, centrándonos también en las necesidades de formación de los técnicos y profesionales que acompañan este tipo de procesos y el rol preponderante del Estado local. Las estadísticas generales indican que, sólo cuatro de cada diez emprendimientos sobreviven al año y la mitad "cae" antes de los seis meses, en el Municipio de Morón, desde la implementación del Programa de Asistencia Técnica Integral el 84de los emprendimientos se mantienen en pie. Se pretende que esta investigación nos lleve a descubrir los aspectos que permiten la reversión de esta estadística. El presente trabajo, abordará en el inicio el marco teórico de referencia, también se analizan las diversas concepciones de las políticas de apoyo a emprendimientos en Argentina, centrándonos en los programas de tutorías a emprendimientos. Luego, se desarrollará la experiencia del programa de asistencia técnica a emprendimientos de la economía social del distrito de Moreno. A continuación, se presentan los resultados del programa, la relación de las disciplinas de los tutores y sus intervenciones y el resultado de los abordajes interdisciplinarios.
